Job Sources

Red Kite jobs and subscriptions can come from two different sources.

Built-in jobs

Built-in jobs and subscriptions are provided and maintained by Red Kite. They are kept up to date automatically and are marked as imported in the interface.

Built-in jobs are read-only. To adapt one to your needs, duplicate it and edit the copy. When you are ready, use the copy and disable the original.

Your jobs

The jobs you create in Automation > Jobs are stored in your Red Kite instance. You can edit and delete them as you please through the web editor.

If you maintain your jobs in a git repository and would like Red Kite to import them automatically, contact the Red Kite team.
