Creating custom tables

Custom tables are saved views of a resource type, with the columns you choose. They are useful to build a view for a specific need: an inventory for a team, the technologies running on your websites, or the certificates of your services.

Creating a table

  1. In the navigation bar, under Visualization > Tables, click New table.
  2. Give the table a name and an icon, and choose the resource: domains, hosts, ports or websites.
  3. Open the table and click Configure to choose the visible fields.

Besides the usual columns, a table can show the data of the findings attached to the resources, for instance a port's service, a website's technologies or a certificate's expiration. Use the search field of the configuration panel to find a finding key or a finding field key.

Pinning a table

Click the star at the top of a table to pin it. Pinned tables are shown directly in the navigation bar, under Pinned tables, so you can open them in one click.

Exporting a table

Use the export button at the top of a table to download its content, for instance to share an inventory with a team that does not use Red Kite.
