Billing

The Management > Billing page shows your subscription and your bills. It is visible to the users with the billing permission, administrators by default.

Overview​

The top of the page shows:

  • Current Balance: the amount of your unpaid bills.
  • Current Period: the current billing period.
  • Free Projects Remaining: how many of your free projects are still available.
  • Additional Project: the price of each additional project.
  • Annual Deployment: the annual fee of your Red Kite deployment.

Bills​

The bill history lists your bills, from the current one to the oldest. Each bill shows its status (Current, Paid, Partial or Unpaid) and its details:

  • the deployment fees;
  • the project fees, with each project billed during the period and its creation and deletion dates;
  • the discounts applied, such as free projects;
  • the total, with taxes, the amount paid and the balance.
